TechnoSquare needs G37 ECU donors for ECU reflash development.

we need 2007+ G37 AUTO AND STICKs

your car will be down for two weeks as we send the ECU to japan to download the code, and then when we get the ECU back, we can begin the development. the volunteer will get a free ECU reflash along with another reflash for free at a later point. we need relatively stock cars for this development. i.e. stock intake. stock exhaust.. (intakes are ok. but preferrably bone stock)

to find out which ECU part number you have, please call the Infiniti Dealer give them your VIN# and ask for your specific ECU part number. Once i have that part number, i'll know if you qualify for prototyping.

for those interested, please PM or email me.

thanks

Anything lower in the RPM range like at about 2000 to 3500 RPM?

Why tame the retail version? Could you produce a "Stage I" and "Stage II" tune and let have the beast if we desire?

I live in Texas where 93 octane is everywhere. Is it possible that we could have a "Stage II" version like I mentioned earlier that would take advantage of the timing advance for those who are able to?

yes, but ECU is typically in a closed loop operation until after 3000 under WOT. modifying it down there. typically won't do much. the most 'pull' and torque will come on from 3.5k+

liability reasoning, practicality. sure, technosquare can program a computer to whatever specification the customer wants in a specialized custom tune, but not everyone can drive perfect everytime, all the time. margins of safety are added (albeit not as dialled back as the factory programming). we've been talking stage tuning for a while. should have something finalized by new years.

i can't wait....can't say enough how well Tadashi tuned my car with i/h/e/p/sp combo...best hp mod i got, hands down!

i can't even imagine how well it would drive with cams that steadily have hp rise up to 8K. this is gonna be great.

Bump from the Dead.

Technosquare needs different Trim Levels for the ECU.

they already have completed a G37Coupe Auto and Manual, but apparently there are 5-6 different ECUs (based on options)

so if you guys are still interested, please let me know if your car may qualify

People in Cali need to get on this especially if you have a stock car. We are all waiting on this (at least I know I am) so we need your help. Chebosto, if all you needed was my ECU then I would be happy to help but you also need the car and I am in Colorado.

ok. let me a little bit more specific..

Since i dont drive a G37 or own one, if you guys are interested, you're gonna have to list your options... so i dont have to dig around on the Infiniti Website to get specs.

Injen Intake, Fujita Intake, Nismo or whatever will probably behave very similar to each other. the ones with long intake tubes that are sucking from the fenderwell (for example) tend to perform worse than shorter ram intakes due to the air flow in the bends.

BBoy- you might be in luck. What i'm looking for is the different Serial Numbers on the ECU. once TechnoSq can download the software thats on the ECU and compare it to the other data that they already have, if theres no (real) difference, then you can use modified data from one version in the other.. we won't know unless we get the computer in. What i could offer you is this: if ur list of options is in a set that we dont already have, what we can do is send the computer to japan to Techtom (parent company of Technosquare) to get the data, and then we can send the computer back to you. once we get a g37 with the same options locally to beta test on and everything checks out, we can offer you a free flash...

well just keep bumping this to the top if the G37 community wants an ECU reflash program for everyone, since it's going to need a So Cal owner to help out-

Ok, here are my options:

6MT
Premium Package
Navigation Package
--my other options are just cosmetic like illuminated kickplates, spoiler, etc

So do you want the serial number (or whatever number) off the ECU correct? Or something else? If you need the numbers, I will need to figure out how to get it. I was told it is behind the glove compartment but not really sure how to get to it.

Here are my options:

My mods:

Injen Intake
Injen Exhaust (maybe, depending on when you need my car)

Let me know if you still need a car with my options...
