Title says all.

I'm having a hard time finding a good place to get my calipers painted in Orlando. When I see calipers, I usually either see a really good set done, or just a really crappy set. Long story short, if any one knows a good place to get calipers done in the Florida/Orlando area let me know.

Any body shop can do it. There's nothing special about it. If you want it to last long term, I'd spec using epoxy primer over the caliper then basecoat/clearcoat. Epoxy primers are generally designed for excellent adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance when used over bare metals. If a body shops uses 2K primer over the metal instead of the epoxy, they will cut the corrosion resistance exponentially.
