Thoughts on Gwinnett Infiniti
Hey guys, I recently bought a 2010 G34s with 45K miles from a small used car dealership. After driving about a wk, I discovered some small issues and I brought the car the the dealership near my home which is the Gwinnett Infiniti. Below is the result of my experience:
Btw my steering wheel trim paint is also peeling, I doubt it will be covered under warranty.
Anyone have better experience with other Infiniti dealership in ATL area?
- problem with hard to turn heated seat **** - not covered under warranty as they claimed something may have spilled and caused the **** gets sticky, cost to repair will be $200
- the latch for center arm rest storage gets stock and does not release - not covered under warranty - cost to repair $250
- Memory seat works occasionally - they couldn't find out why and refuse to fix under warranty

i know that their parts are stupid expensive. i bought some oem wheel locks from them for $60 2 weeks ago. also needed some liquid platinum touchup paint and they wanted $20 for it, got it from nissan for $8(same paint). and lastly i have just scored an extra keyfob from somebody on craigslist for $40, damn dealership wanted around $260. still think im gonna have to take it to them to reprogram for $130 but at least the fob was cheap.
