DFW Dyno places

Hi everybody,

My friend would like to get his 08G dyno but I really don't know any places to refer to him.

Does any know any reliable shops in DFW area for Dyno testing? and How much does dyno typically cost?

Thank you for you help,

There are quite a few. I had mines done at PRT Performance in Lewisville, TX not that long ago. It was a dyno day so it was cheaper than normal. Your best bet is to find a group/meet/event that is doing a dyno day.

I am thinking dropping mine with Eibach springs what shops would you guys recommend? Honestly , I don't know how much does it cost to install but if you know there are good places and price, would you please pm me?

I’m not intended to slam the car all the way down and just wanted to fill the front gap. My only concern is do I need the camper kit for the front and rear? Sorry if this question has been asked numerous times on the forum, but I seem can’t find the exact answers. Some say the Eibach drop is within specs, wheel alignment after installation will be good enough without the camper kits. I am so new to mod and there are tons to learn.

Thank you,

oh man! I just sold mine yesterday but I've seen plenty floating around in classified section. I had Eibach pro kit on mine. The front drop is perfect but the rear drop wasn't enough to cover the gap, so I went with Tein H techs but now my rear drop is good but fronts are higher than Eibachs Prices range from mid $100s to upper $100s for used ones and mid $200s to high $200s for new ones.
As far as the camber kit goes, I had some alignment issues as well.. just got some rear camber kit installed ~$180 new + installation... Fronts are still out of spec but not a whole lot. Will do the fronts soon. I would highly suggest you give it a week or two or even a month for the springs to settle and to get an alignment done.

I had my car UpRev tuned and dyno'd at JoTech in Garland. They do decent job. Talk to Tony there...Let me know if you need any help.

Thank you,

just fyi bud I do work on all Infiniti/Nissan out of my house. Do all of my own work.....We also have a shop in Ovilla out by Red Oak, Desoto area aswell for larger installs.

Rear camber you can never go around with on any drop. Front you should be okay and shouldn't have any problems. However adjusting/changing the geometry of the car you should always try to be back into SPEC for handling purposes etc.

Just fyi I can do the spring installed for 150.00 front and rear. If you order a rear camber kit that's another 75.00 as you have to dremel out the toe bolt holes for the added drop.

with that being said my cell is 214-282-2711. Im located in Denton and here is a pic of my g37 that I just finished lowering on Eibach Pro-Kit.

Hi Chris

I saw your car on the G club DFW FB and it looks really cool with all the mods you have added on. Also , I just wanted to say thank for your offer, I actually installed the spring myself last Sunday and I have to say it s really easy, the hardest part is trying to loose all the bolts btw your car looks great
