2013 Coupe Speaker Grill

Duhh! I accidentally kicked a hole in the driver side door Bose speaker grill.
Is it true that the whole door panel has to come off?
Can someone please post instructions for that?
Aso, where's the best place to buy a replacement grill?
Thanks

Yep, the door has to come off. Never fear though, a 14mm socket and a screwdriver set are all you need. I'm on my phone now, but I will post the instructions when I get home tonight.

I did something similar and bought my replacement speaker grille from Infinitipartsusa.com

It shouldn't be more than 40 bucks, and 20 minutes to replace it.

Can't really help you there, my speaker grille was smashed out when something heavy in the passenger seat flew forwards as I braked to avoid a collision.

Here's the part you're looking for, it should be item 4, just choose "left" side, and make sure it's the correct color.

2013 Infiniti G37 Sport Interior Trim

As far as instructions, please refer to the service manual, available here:

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G37/Coupe/2012/INT.pdf

Please refer to page 12, Int-12. It will detail how you remove the bolt covers, remove the bolts, and pop the door finisher off the metal door frame. You'll then disconnect the wiring harnesses (optional, but easier for you), then unscrew the broken speaker grille and install the new one (phillips screws). While you're in there, it's not a bad idea to check your speaker and make sure it wasn't damaged.

Cheers

If you plan on making it a habit, it's worthwhile to invest in a 20 dollar trim removal tool set. I use it just about every time I work on my car and it has prevented SO many scratches that I would have caused had I just wrapped a flathead screwdriver in tape.

Makes no difference, I don't think. Put your specific model in and check.
