red g37s scammed me and I would like to report him so others do not fall into the same situation, where can I do this?

If he scammed you out of money I'd report him to the police.

 

I bought coils from red g37s, he just called me to confirm that they shipped out and that everything is okay. He didn't sound like a scammer at all. I'll check the condition of the coils when i get them today and post up pics. I don't think red g37s is a problem seller. I've had nothing but good communication so far.

 

Maybe you should explain exactly what happened with the headlight swap.

 

Smchale tried screwing me over and scamming me and is now saying im a scammer. I shipped my headlights in perfect condition kist like i do with everything else i sell on this forum and his came with broken tabs and holes all over the headlights and saying i broke it..

I have text messages regarding the headlights where the seller said they would send me pictures of the headlights close up and never did. The items came damaged and the seller claims they declared $600 and required a signature through FedEx. I called fedex and they verified this was not true and no declaration was made. He then sent a receipt where he had obviously tampered with. The seller said these lights were in great condition and said they never showed close ups or recent pics like asked. He said he would also ship then next day to me and also did not do that. I have the text logs and pictures.

The seller told me the headlight we were swapping were from a "show" car, yet when they arrived they were damaged. Prior to shipping the items I asked if the headlights were in good condition in which he said they were in great condition. He said he would ship my headlights next day so I would have mine prior to him receiving his, since I needed the headlights on my car ASAP. He ended up sending them ground shipping through FedEx. He also claimed that he insured the package for $600 and required a signature, both of which I confirmed through FedEx were not true. He claims my headlights are damaged which I do not believe, but mine were insured for $800. I received a message from another buyer ona forum saying that he also had an issue with this individual, as they had experienced a similar issue. I have text logs showing all the conversations and can provide pictures as proof as well. The individual claims these were damaged during shipping but the damage does not appear to be from when the item was shipped. He claimed he had pictures to show with the headlights off and never sent them.

There is a reason he did not ship his next day like he said. He knew if I saw the condition his were in I would have never swapped my OEM ones for them.

Now this guy is refusing to refund the money through paypal, he is refusing to send my headlights back and I would gladly send him back his.. I declared $800 on my set while he declared nothing. SCAMMER! I am so mad and he persists in trying to make me look bad yet I have all the evidence.

 

Another update, this guy said the iron mans were done by Oneighty, it should be in one of the texts above.. I talked to Alex over there and he confirmed they were not.
