It isn't obnoxiously loud.. It is hands down my favorite sounding exhaust for our cars..

I'm not really sure how to describe the loudness.. it has almost no drone down low which was one of the reasons i decided to go with it. nice deep rumble, no rasp (that i can hear).

I think there are a couple youtube videos that should give you an idea as to what it would sound like.
