Op how much did you get quoted for uprev?
I got quoted $670 out the door, I'm in VA so not too much choice for uprev shops.
I thought it was around $500+ not close to $700.
Uprev for an NA car is as follows:
$300 uprev lic.
$350 tuning charge
works out to be $670 out the door with tax.

Call around and get more quotes.
