Q60 Final Teaser - Revealed in Detroit
First Drive: 2017 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 | Automobile Magazine
these guys love the car and its acceleration.
Quote: "The first real stab of the throttle made it obvious the Q60 is happy to play, with the twin-turbo showing no sign of lag and the drivetrain delivering power immediately."

Hey all, I've got a question for you guys who are into aftermarket performance:
When a new model is introduced, how much time is usually spent on R&D before we actually start seeing parts for sale? I'm specifically looking at exhaust for the new coupe. It appears that Fast Intentions already has a cat-back for the Q50 with the VR, so how long will it take for one to be on the market for the Q60? What about Stillen, who are so involved with Nissan/Infiniti?
I'm still debating color, but will be putting an order in before the end of the month, so a late January early February delivery is expected. Will thing be available by then? Any thoughts are appreciated.

The good news is that the Q50 launched first and that usually speeds up the coupe parts as most the R&D is done.
2017 Infiniti Q60 3.0t Premium | Franklin, TN
the above URL has a solar mica 3.0t premium with more pics. Holy Crap!!! its in Tennessee! that color is only suppose to be available for the European and Canadian market. Looks like they got their hands on one.
On another note, anybody seen if there are led courtesy light strips in the door panels, cup holders and overhead console??
I would say about 3 to 4 months. Z1 has an exhaust and Downpipes for the coupe that will go on sale any day now. They are also reporting similar gains to what FI got with their set up on the Q50.

What about an axle-back? I'm really just looking for a little more roar from the 400 horses.
actually the black fins on the sides of the rear bumper match the carbon fibre rear spoiler well. If you're not going for the full carbon fibre package, you can get the CF spoiler by itself separately. It at least makes those rear fins work.
My thoughts too, anything to try to mesh those hideous lower fins.
No lights in the cup holder and it has the LED lights that the Q50 has on either side of the sun glass holder.
There is accessory Ambient foot well lights and outside under body lights by the doors. They call that feature the Welcome lighting.
