The difference is between the weatherstripping (black rubber) and what Nissan calls the door "welt" which is a fabric-covered black rubber seal which is color-coded to the interior (wheat, stone, graphite). They are two different parts (at least on the Coupe).

Same as the sedan, So what they are selling on ebay is not the part I need, I need the door seal vs the frame seal.
Here is what I found from the catalogs:
“Welt, Body Side, Front RH” (a/k/a Frame seal):
p/n: 76921-1NM0A (black)
This is the color-matched strip that matches your interior trim color. In this case, graphite, or black.
“Weather Strip, Front Door, RH” (aka Door seal):
p/n: 80830-JU40B
The p/n you found/ referenced above is correct.
When I replaced all of my weatherstripping/ seals (on my Coupe) last year it was WAY cheaper ordering them from Japan- even with shipping. The markup on most of these parts in the US is beyond highway robbery.
For giggles, I searched amayama.com and those pieces run ≈$57 each (not including shipping) ordering from Japan. Just throwing that out there... And, as always, VERIFY against your VIN before you BUY!
