fitment is not 100% and you will need to modify your stock emblem to make it fit.

Look for used one, seen few come and go..... GL

Question can I modify it to fit a sedan?

not too much options for the sedan. plasti dip your sedan grill, paint it, OEM midnight grill, or Carbon Fiber Element or body shops can make the emblmless grills. or I guess other after market ones out there.
