This headlight assembly is from my 08 G37S Coupe that was backed into 3 months after I got the car in 2008. I held onto it just in case I had problems with the lights in the car, in the future, but never did. Since I just recently picked up a '12 Coupe xS, I no longer have a need for this headlight, because unfortunately, the '12 coupe is not offered with AFS as an option.

As I said above, this headlight was backed into at slow speeds while my car was parked in a driveway. When the car (PT Cruiser) backed into my car, it hit the passenger side of the bumper and pushed the headlight back some. Because it was pushed back, the back side has some cracks and is broken in a couple of places. Everything in the headlight works- all functions of AFS, all bulbs, all balasts & ignitors, everything. After I got hit, due to body shops being booked solid, I had to drive the car for a few weeks with the damage on it, and I can verify that everything with the light worked, as I noticed no difference in the functionality after I got hit- the only damage is the broken plastic on the back. The light was stored on a shelf in my office after I received it back from the body shop, so it has been kept dry and not exposed to any elements. This would be great if you have AFS that isn't working, trying to add AFS to your car, or need HID parts. From what I've been told by others, the "guts" of the headlight pull out and can be easily inserted into another housing fixture.
