noticed any big difference with these? or are they more style than function? let me know, if they actually do keep rocks and stuff from messing up the sideskirts, ill take them it just looks to me that they don't sit low enough to do anything major.

Rears are already sold. Do you still want the fronts?

I don't have a frame of reference to compare them to, my car has always had them from the start until I removed them to put on my side skirts. They do help some. But if you have wide wheels or an aggressive stance then your wheels extend beyond these and they'd be more cosmetic than functional.
