The photo shows the hubcentric ring from my old vossens. The spacer itself has the hub center bore built in. No extended lugs are included, left those on the car.
Price is for 2 10mm spacers shipped.

These are still available. Many PMS to answer though.
Yes these are hubcentric and yes they do require extended studs. The stock studs will grab, but not enough turns to run safely.
