The clear corners debate has been going on for years and years. It got to a point where people were just buying from clear corners to say my headlights cost more than yours lol. Than at the shows it helped out for people when you tell the judge your headlight costed double that guys headlights. I do know for a fact clear corners basically do surgery on their headlights rather than sticking lights on it. 180 Customs is da shiiet too tho!

Post of the thread!

Buy what you want to buy for whatever the hell your own personal reasons are. Don't try to convince anyone to buy what you like because you like it. Don't try to talk anyone out of buying what they want because it's not your car.

OP just posted his lights that he likes and is proud of and it spirals into a "who's lights are better" thread. Post that you like them or don't like them.

Thanks for the kind words and support guys.

Its surprising to see so much controversy about a pair of lights, but hey.. glad to hear that people like what they see. Those lights took many months to build.

As for the competition, its all good and fun. Theres a lot of cars and plenty of business out there. We never claim to be the cheapest, we only want to offer top quality products to our customers. As a car enthusiast who's been in the scene for over 10 years now, there are products geared for all types of enthusiasts. I mean look at Volk wheels, a lot of people complain about their pricing. I could have purchased several sets of Rota wheels for the price of my TE37s.

We all have our reasons for buying the products we want. And honestly, it would be a pretty boring world without competition. We appreciate the comments.. keep'em comin!

ps: If you guys like our headlights, save your pennies.. because you'll flip when you see the new G37 Coupe tail lights.

Cheers,
Mike / ClearCorners.Com

^You guys do have great products. May i ask why you guys charge so much though. The quality is there. But curious how you guys come up with your prices. Have seen a few of your Headlights in person. and your rings and clearance strips are simply pre-made led strips. Again this is just a question on the pricing not quality. IMHO i feel your products would sell much more quantity than anyone else i've seen given you guys cut your prices.

With all due respect, you just answered your own question.

Our company's business model is not based on high volume sales. Our creations are not mass produced and are made here in the States. Our retail office is located here in Burbank, CA and we have been in business for over 10 years now. We warranty our products and take responsibility for our work and your safety.

Not everyone has the same goals, expectations or requirements. Take body shops for example, some people do not understand the concept of good paint work. They look solely at price and do not take into account the damages that can occur when your car (and its precious parts) go in for paint. For some people, this does not matter. However, this is a hard lesson that is unfortunately learned only through experience.

Today's headlights keep getting more complex and more expensive, we just do our best to keep our standards high and quality up. This is something that folks need to consider when sending their thousand+ dollar headlights out for modification.

Cheers,
Mike / ClearCorners.Com
