LightsOut,

How do you like your Tanabe Coilovers?

Thanks,
Allan

coilovers make for a great ride. I'm kinda really low on them right now with oem wheels. and sometimes the fronts bottom out. But I think cause I'm just really low. They ride smoother than my non sport suspension, but yet feel more aggressive than sport suspension.

If I had to re-do my purchase all over, I would still make the same choice.

Thanks, I appreciate the information. How is your camber after installing the Tanabe coilovers? Did you have to add any camber correction products? The Tanabe coilovers are on my radar. I want the drop and better handling over my sport suspension, but I have to keep it comfortable enough for my boss (wife) and kids.

Thanks again,
Allan

well I installed spc camber front and rear at the same time. But I slammed my sedan on the coilovers, so I knew my camber would be our of spec big time.

anything more than inch will require camber kits. fyi

I wanna say there better than sport suspension, smoother than sport, but also giving that sporty feel.

My main concern was the boss and the mini boss as well and I didnt want to make them unhappy. coils did not change the ride quality at all for the boss to even notice. ride is smooth but yet sporty at the same time.

Even now after 5k of miles the ride is still smooth and no complaints from the boss at all.

If your looking for budget coils and dont want the super stiff ride, these are coils to get. they are not adjustable, the front end is kinda soft, handling is big time improved over stock, and they look awesome since there purpleish in color.

Get these coils and enjoy them.

Thanks again for the great information. If you don't mind, could you let me know where you bought your coilovers and camber kits?

Thanks and take care,
Allan

suspension and camber kits were purchased from Amplified Motorsports. They also installed everything.

price check around from vendors here. My deal was local and cash...

wheel size are 19's with low offsets.
