Thumbs up Vossen Limited Edition CV2s ~~~~ November Set-Up!!!!

So I recently picked up a set of Vossen CV2s and couldn't be happier, I decided to get the conservative offsets but I wouldn't call this too conservative lol. I personally think this set-up looks mean as hell with them 305s. I have grown to love wide tires and I'm still amazed how great the ride feels, I took a trip to Jacksonville from Miami yesterday and OMG I just kept telling my bro next to me how smooth the ride was. Absolutely no vibrations at any speed from installing Vossen Akata spacers. I was so much in love w my car all over again.

Next I will attemp +22/35 w 255/305 I gotta install 10mm spacers all around , we will see .

I have seen a car slammed w a +37 w 305s and sat so Fn nice , I will keep u posted . If I pull this off , Sorry all Game Over

Here are the specs.....

Vossen Limited Edition CV2s
Matte Graphite W/ Gloss Graphite Lip

Offsets: 32/45 I did add 5mm spacers F&R so now I'm sitting at 27/40 NO rubbing at all and I'm pretty low

Tires: Hankook V12s
255/30/20
305/25/20

I strongly encourage those running stretch tires to try this set-up , you won't regret it! Coming from someone who stretched all the time and couldn't stop bragging about the poke and stretch lol. This set-up Kicks Azz !!!!!

With the 32/45 yes I'm sure it will, I saw Eibach dropped G35 Sedan 2008 w 32/39 and 245/285 us he added 5mm spacers . With a +45 go 305/25

That looks nice. Sorry, what is the difference between the limited edition of the Vossens wheels that you have and the normal CV2's?

Limited Editions offer a special finish , CV1 come this way as well! It's a Graphite Center face w Gloss Graphite lip. It's different then their standard Matte Black and Matte Silver, that's what makes these special

very F'n nice man.

I'm in need of new tires soon and I was debating to go stretch + spacers or just go wide.

Go wide ! I too had stretch on many sets and it's night and day difference in ride quality. Yeah the poke is cool and looks good Stanced out but u sacrifice ride comfort and tire life. My car is within specs rides Fn smooth and looks so natural and proper, also it's still very much flush thanks to my tire choice I can't and won't go back to stretched tires, you really appreciate the handling and performance of our Dropped Gs going this route especially if u are on coils . People keep telling me how mean the car looks from rear , before people would ask y my tires don't fit properly lol and y they look like they gonna pop off lmao . Anyway go low pros if u wanna go wide, I seen 255/35 and 285/30 and look too chunky and fat ! I will stick with this Offset/Tires from now On so expect my CV4 shoot w some wide rubber

Here's the thing.... I have 20x10.5 +37 specs on my rear wheel... I'm dropped on eibachs... my current tires are Yokohama S-Drives 285/30... and I rub on bumps and dips. Do you think a 305/25 tire would work? (difference of about0.8" in diameter from my current set up)

Yeak, I know JKashat.. IP w/ GT30's (same wheels I have now). I didn't know he ran 305's.

Alright, I think I'm set on my next tire set up. Going with the V12's too. Good reviews and pretty friendly on the bank account. Thanks!

I like the CV2s in graphite! Streched never was my taste and could never get use to the rim lip sticking out. You have graduated to the darkside Luke, I mean Diego.

Nicely done! I've never stretched and frankly roads in MN would not take too kindly to a stretched set up. I'm a function over form guy
