ok, with eibach springs I think I am an inch lower than you which causing rubbing especially with 2 (heavy) passengers but I just raised the car about half inch and now it rubs only in hard dips. in the front it doesn't rub at all.
in your set up I don't think you'll rub but if it did you should trim the bumper bracket.

I have megan racing coilovers and its slammed I'm more than an inch lower than eibachs

I like the way it look now I raised it a little bit but I lowered it again and made it stiffer. now I only rub in hard dips.
