Dude, first of all if I were you, I would avoid that stealership (Willowdale Infiniti). Call couple of other dealerships and get a quote. Call Alta Infiniti as well!

There is absolutely no reason why you should pay for Ester oil. So I think you DID get ripped off!

This place doesn't even look like a dealership. It looks for more like a industrial building and now they are finally doing some renovations.

Again, I suggest you avoid this place!

 

Take it to Markham Infiniti next time. $45 out the door for an oil change. You just paid for a years worth in one visit.

I haven't dealt with Willowdale Infiniti at all, but last summer I did need an oil change and since I work in downtown Toronto, I gave Downtown Infiniti a ring for a quote. Same price...$130.

I asked why so high, and the service guy said they use Full Synthetic. I told him I don't want nor need this, and just use the standard oil. Apparently they only use full synth at this stealership, so I told him and I would go have the service done at Markham.

I guess it makes sense from their perspective since the lions share of their clientele make over $100 on coffee break.
