is it me or is the factory midnight black grille the nicest? and the ones custom painted..

 

So the mesh can be more vertical and flat and not have to follow the curve of the front end as much. Mesh looks best covering a flat vertical area like the lower air dams. Not much choice with the underbite grille of the G37.

I hear what you're saying though, that's the one thing I'm not crazy about either with the Gilla options for the G37. Stillen solved keeping the body line with a bar which I wasn't crazy about either, but like it better then the large indented hole and it gives you a good mount for the emblem to maintain more of an OEM look.
