Sure it is haha. They're both fun cars, but for two very different purposes. The S is a feather compared to this tank. It was nimble and _nothing_ can beat the shifter in the S. I had 2 different Ss and my spine is still sore from them lol. It is just a pure sports car. No amenities, no nice materials, but a great driving experience and fun motor.
I'd like another as a weekend car, but I'm thinking about a Cayman S instead. It's the next step in the evolutionary process that the S just never reached since Honda is not like Nissan and lets cars fade out and die without upgrading them to compete with competitors! A 370z may be an alternative as well.

Have you considered the new boxster spyder? Other than that, the only true upgrade I can see from an S is a 997 GT3 or a variant of. Your tolerance has to be high if you're on your 2nd S 
Or, just FI the S, get some wider tires, and call it a day. 15k will have you at the same performance level as a GT3 unless you regularly get to 130+ speeds.
