Based on how far out they are expecting the q60 to be coming id say that it is probably going to have a distinct look and not resemble to 50 too much.

It wont look like the Q50. Though that photoshop by topspeed reminds me of the G37 a litte. I think it will resemble the Emerge and Essence concepts.
