Shop in Monterey Bay area

Looking for a performance shop hopefully in the greater Monterey Bay area. Need some light work done on a lift, nothing really technical, but it's not work I want the dealer to do.

I know about Z Car and the other shops in the SF Bay area, but it's a little too far to drive with the way the car is right now.

Had oil and trans coolers installed by [well known to this forum FI performance shop in SoCal] and something is leaking after about 2,200 miles. Trans lost a quart in that time. Also, oil is black for the first time ever, down a quart for first time ever, also in the same time frame. So, need to see where the oil/fluid is leaking and fix that, and get the oil changed and see if there's an issue with the oil. 2008 G37 w/ 23k miles.

And the "Service Engine Soon" light just came on yesterday. I checked the gas cap, that didn't change anything...

That's pretty serious! Have you asked your dealer to perform a oil consumption test?

I'm from SoCal, I've been on the road for the last 6 weeks, now spending some time in MB area. So no, I haven't been to my dealer (Riverside Infiniti, they rock and I would take it there). I think the coolers are leaking fluid either from fittings or somewhere else, this never happened before they were installed. I used zero engine oil between changes and no trans fluid ever.

I'm calling around to some bike hi-perf shops to see if they have a recommendation (Kyle racing, etc...).

There's a possibility the fittings may leak. Your coolers should be mounted inside of your lower grill. YOu can try to take a look and see if there's any oil
