How much to get high flow cats installed in norcal (sacramento area)

I just bought a set of used FI HFC for my G37 sedan. I was quoted around $365 for the install. Does that sound right? The guy stated that it takes about 3hrs to install. Anybody have any recommendations for around the Sacramento area?

Are the defoulers already installed?

A local shop here in Sac has a guy that can do it. Probably around $300ish.

When are you looking to get it done?

Let me know, I can get in touch with them for you.

Edit: To the post above, 120 covers about 1 hour of work at most shops. HFCs are a bish to install while not stripping bolts. The install will easily take 2 to 3 hours I'd guess.

I called about 5 reputable shops in Socal to have my Berks installed. Most I was quoted was $120 and the cheapest was $80.

Sucks to live in norcal I guess.

Just call around. If you search hard enough, you'll be able to find a good shop that will charge you a reasonable price for the install. I definitely would not pay anything over $80 for this.

But I am pretty cheap. lol
