An-n-n-n-n-d... I'm done with the clay & wax.

I'm going to be hurting tomorrow, no doubt. It's not so much that I'm old, it's that I'm just not fit anymore. That, and my wife had me painting the living room this weekend, too. So doing both projects has turned me into a zombie.

In any event, car should look t1ts for the upcoming event, although I still need to touch up the engine bay. Hmm. Anyway, according to the long-range forecast, the weather is looking very optimistic for next Saturday. Actually, kind of hot, err.

I'm with you Falker. I think I'm driving the furthest and I didn't even think about taping my bumper. but then maybe that's because unfortunately...I already have a bunch of little chips in my bumper because I have to do a lot of highway driving from home to work. And I didn't have the doe at the time to get a clear wrap before I started getting chips. But I surely would like to have a place to get a good wash when I get there. The good news is I spoke to the desk clerk at the Microtel I'm staying at and she said theirs a car wash about 2 minutes away from the hotel.

To answer some of your answers regarding taping up the front end of our cars, thats my G taped up before my trip to Smoky Mountains back in May of this year and it only took 2 rolls I think

Not bad. How long did it take you? No tape for the back of your rear view mirrors? And it left no residue what so ever? I was wondering the same thing about the rain. If it rains will the glue be a mess all over the car then?
