As the third option looks like the best option for a meet, I will begin pursuing that date for a meet. I will look for a nice park area where we can BBQ and have a great time, with options for dinner and drinks in the evening time.

If anyone has any suggestions to submit, now is the time. I will start searching for options Tuesday of next week.

 

Last year, everyone generously chipped in at the event to cover my expenses for pavilion rental. It came to about $10 each. More than covered it, actually. If you incur an expense, Connor, we'll certainly be splitting it up. No worries there.

 

I dunno if it would work for everyone but Orange County NY had some great motorcycle when I was up there a few weeks ago.

 

I sure like that idea better than Philly.

 

OCC has a couple decent sized lots there, I know they host shows though there didn't appear to be a place to BBQ. Plenty of twisties for those inclined too

 

I'd be down to do a meet. I'm outside of Philadelphia but willing to drive somewhere.

Another update!

Still searching for a location for the July 31 - Aug 2 date range. I've tried about 10 parks so far. While searching I found a nice spot for a later date.

I have found a location that should be a close to average distance for everyone.

Pavilion #3 is available for Saturday August, 29, 2015. I know this is outside of the mentioned date ranges within the poll however the I think the location is prime. Secluded enough for MILD shenanigans. The pavilion is on the opposite side of the like from the park office and other amenities.

Features of this location:
Less than 300ft to Restroom and Water
Less than 300ft to Parking Lot (good size lot too)
Electricity
Grills

I want to secure something ASAP so if no one has any objections to this location, I will lock it up for the date mentioned above.

I've snapped a few screenshots of the area. Feel free to perform further investigation via Google Maps. Here are the coordinates of the parking lot that is adjacent to Pavilion #3.
