Smile First experience with dealership and I'm left smiling

So I just bought my 2010 X sedan anniversary two weeks ago up in King of Prussa, PA from a non-infiniti dealer. Over the past week I've noticed a small amount of air leak sound coming from one of the rear windows and made an appointment with Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis, MD for warranty work to be done to fix the issue.

I went and dropped the car off yesterday morning. While I was waiting for my wife to pick me up the service guy asked if I'd just like to take a loaner car home, and while the warranty repairs are being taken care of on the car they would do a 20-something point inspection and rotate the tires for free aswell. I asked if there was any cost and he said no, so of course I bit on the offer.

So the repair isn't complete yet but that's not a big deal since I have another G37x to drive around in. If my initial experience is any indication of the type of service I can expect to receive in the future then I know buying an Infiniti was a wise decision. That and the car kicks serious @$$!

Hopefully they treat your car better than the Ravens treat their Super Bowl winning players, haha. I still can't believe they let so many great starters go (Greedy Joe).

For real my experience with my local Infiniti dealer was good too, but they can get real pricey real quick if anything falls outside the realm of warranty work.

Sounds about right. Everytime I take mine in thats the experience. What I like is you get the same branded car you take in. They dont loan a Ford Focus or something like a GrandAm.
And most of the time they are flexible about it. There was a time when the repair work was done and they expected the loaner back the same day, I was stuck in traffic so I let them know and their response was dont worry about it. Bring it in anytime tomorrow will be fine.

IoA is pretty awesome. They're mod friendly and professional and the techs know what they're doing. I bring my own oil and filter there and they charge me $20 to do the job for me since I can't get my jack under the car.

yeah I'm happy. Havent gotten any word but like I said, as long as I have another car to use I'm not in any big rush, just less miles on my car.

Yeah and I'm shocked whats going on with the Ravens man. 6 starters gone and possibly 7 if Ed Reed decides to take his services elsewhere. I guess they are going for a serious youth / price movement. In Ozzie we trust right?

Funny you mention that. I bought a 2010 G37x last week. Have the same air leak from right rear mini-window. It's something they know about. I'm bring in Fri and getting a loaner. In my case I work out of town and will get use of it for a week. They said not a problem
