Trying to get a hold of them.

Made an order earlier this week, it hasnt charged and I am trying to cancel it. Was hoping someone knew the guys or a better way to contact.

Send an email, a PM, 2 Voicemails LOL. Not one of the lines answers calls. Ive been trying for 2 days. Although just left messages and email today.

I dont want to go through the trouble of disputing this if they rush charge it now.

Dont take this wrong, still giving them the benefit of the doubt. They could be a small busy shop, I just want to prevent worse case scenario.

 

they have a spotty reputation. but the one time i ordered from them...and cancelled, they did so promptly.

i was under the impression that they'd closed though? eek! did you pay via paypal or cc?

 

I actually paid via CC and they hadn't charged 4 days later. The toll free number on the website continuously had a "wireless customer unavailable" message. I finally got through Saturday to the long distance number.
