NJ/PA Dealerships with experienced service dept?

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a dealer in the NJ/PA area that have experienced mechanics (especially for the G37 vert). I had some rattle noises from my vert's hard top and took it to my dealer, they fixed the rattle but created other noises and creaks. They are not a bad dealer but it just seems that the techs aren't very knowledgeable about the verts (probably cause they don't get many). So if anyone have any recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey Mike -
Sorry to hear that your dealership doesn't have all the tools & abilities to keep you satisfied. There have been many rants about squeaks and noise on the verts and no single dealership has all the answers. I would suggest staying with your local dealer & working with them as they try to correct them all. If however, you are totally frustrated, Ramsey Infiniti in northern NJ sells a TON of verts (I got mine there the week they came out in 2009) and their service has been great!

Good luck!

Hey bschurr, thanks for the advice. My current dealer is definitely trying their hardest to fix my problem. Its just that I think they don't get many verts in for service, so the techs might lack some "hands on" experience. However, they are definitely one of the best dealerships I've done business with. In fact, I brought the car back today and they took it in for service even though I did not make an appointment. They made a few adjustments to the top and the noise is a lot better but still there. The service manager told me to bring the car back next Monday where I will be given a loaner car and he will have the shop foreman personally work on my car for the entire day. I'm crossing my fingers that the noises will be gone (or at least at a minimal) by next week.
