Front spring install in Northern VA

Hello! I am looking for a some recommendations. I want to install Tanabe front springs on my G and was wondering if there was a good shop in the NOVA area that you could recommend. I checked at my closest shop VA Tire and Auto and they said they could do it for $326. Is that high? I also want it done right so any suggestions/guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I'd call some of the custom tuning places and see what they say. I'm not sure I'd trust shops that don't have experience with my car. Just my $.02.

Twerk had a good experience installing sways at ptunning in manassas. you may want to give them a call.

Yea 326 seems a bit high. I did some searching before i found ptunning. A lot of shops I called wanted $250 to install the front and rear sway bars. They were telling me it was 1.2 hours each sway bar for labor. Seriously?!!!

i am no where near mechanic skilled but taking out front and rear sway bar only took me 30 min. including time that i had to use floor jack and put it on stand and repeat.

They need to make $ also T.T
So they will say 1.2 hours but good mechs will finish way before that.

1.2 hours is fine, but they were trying to charge 1.2 hours EACH sway bar... I mean that's milking it.

I think we live in the worst part of the US when it comes to finding a place to do any mods to an import car. I'm from Boston and I've never had such a hard time until moving here. P-tuning is the only place worth going to from my experience.
