Excellent!

 

I have worked with both Dean and Louis at Infiniti of Oakland. They, along with their techs, are excellent. I've had a couple of TSB issues to get resolved . . . they did it fast, professionally and with good cheer. I would recommend them highly at this point.

PS: Normally, I'm no fan of dealerships, but this one is very good.

 

final update-

the parts didn't come in on time, so instead of me picking it up yesterday, i picked the car up today.

all I can say is WOW!!!

forget the fact that they worked on my rear axle even though I had mods on. they took the time and care to get my lowered car on their lift. no damages, no scratches, no nothing. they even honored my request to not have my car washed. can you believe it, a dealership that listens?

no scratches in the lug nut holes on my wheels. WHY? their sockets used on wheels have a rubber protector on it meant to prevent such scratches.

all I can say is that if you need service or have any issues with warranty, these are the guys to go to. there are obvious things that they will deny you on. got oil on your MAF Sensor from an aftermarket intake? then they will prolly consider that a direct result of the aftermarket part.

but other than that, this dealership has been a pleasure to work with.
