Intro: First G37

Hey everyone, quick intro thread. Joined the G37 club this month. This is my first Nissan/Infiniti after having Accords, Integras, an Oddyssey, and Camry for life up until this point.

I also have typically bought used/junkers for cheap and fixed them up as I've gone along. I didn't change that up entirely here (this car was cheap), but I did decide to treat myself to something a little nicer and more fun to drive this time.

2010 Journey Coupe with 119k. Mechanically in excellent condition and clean. Up to date on service and checked for a lot of the items I've researched on these boards, with no apparent problems. I'm in the Midwest but the car came from Arizona, so absolutely no rust to speak of which is a nice bonus find in a used car around here. Still though, plenty of things for me to address and work on, mostly cosmetic. Needs a new paint job, dash panel has cracking and I'd like to replace it (see the Arizona note above). And I need to diagnose why the map lights don't work (fuses/bulbs are good). Previous owner added cold air intakes but aside from that it's entirely stock.

Love the car so far though, and excited to start cleaning it up and making it my own. I'm going to be posting quite a few question threads on these boards for assistance.

Very nice! Nice set of wheels 19" would make it pop more. Enjoy
