Please help 2011 g37xs coupe 79k miles
I will attach a video that captures what is going on. I’ve been noticing this thing that keeps happening while I’m driving or at a red light or just idling. The car feels like it’s been choked for a split second and it happens often now to the point where I can recreate it. While cruising around 40mph and that car is in a high gear and I press the accelerator about 10% and it would surge or jerk like someone is cutting the fuel or putting a paper bag on the intakes and it would drop the rpms. And it would do it 7 or 8 times then it would down shift and accelerate. The best I can describe it is if I had rolling anti lag or a misfire. For a split second the car feels like it hit a wall 7 to 8 times before downshifting. In idle it feels like the car was about to turn off and you can see in the video how the rpms drop and it would shake the whole car when it does it. Please help I changed my filters and cleaned my MAF sensors and my throttle bodies. Did the relearn and it’s still doing it
Need your guys help asap because it’s getting worse

I have the same issue when idling the rpm would drop to 550 and the car would shake a little then go back up to 650RPM. I thought it was normal because I read a few forums and people had that issue even when brand new.
to the point where it’s affecting the drivability of the car? I feel like if I had to speed up for emergency it would do that and cause an accident. Because it feels like it’s cutting power off or it’s about to die
