Interior oil gasket question

I have a few questions about the interior oil gasket problems the 08-11 G37's have. I am going to look at an 09 coupe this weekend and I don't know if the car has any service history since it is at a dealer.
My first question is there a typical mileage range that this gasket goes bad at?
Second is there a specific area of the engine bay to look for tell tale signs of this gasket going bad?
The car I'm going to look at is an 09 with approximately 112,000 miles. I normally wouldn't consider a used car with this kind of mileage but it seems like these cars are very reliable with the exception of this oil gasket. Any info you guys have would be appreciated. I've tried looking for the answers to these questions on the forum but was unable to find them in the searches I did so I apologize if I missed it.

There’s absolutely no way to tell by routine inspection, after all - it’s internal. An oil pressure test would reveal it if it has happened but it might not have happened yet. It still could in the future. Or it may never happen. It’s a crapshoot. Mileage is typically going to be over 60K (when warranty ends, lol) but it’s all over the place.

I guess I wasn’t thinking that through about visual signs of it happening. What are the symptoms of this gasket going bad? Is it excessive oil consumption or does it affect the performance of the engine?

typically low oil pressure illuminates the dummy light. Could be followed by a couple codes as well. Well documented here. Search. Theres now way to tell until it happens. No guaranteed to though.

Most do not get an oil pressure light. It may go into limp mode. No smoke. No oil consumption. Probably will throw codes at some point but not necessarily immediately.
