More Amazon love coming from me here. I ordered some Bowling Tape from Amazon. It was $10.83 shipped with Prime. I was supposed to get it yesterday, I did not and after tracking it saw it was still in KCMO, which is still a 2 day ship, and USPS had not even received it.

I fired off an email to Amazon and got an immediate response explaining an issue that had occurred with the order. For the problem I received a one month extension on my prime (a $10.99 value) as well as a $10 voucher for a future purchase on anything on Amazon.

So for a problem with an item that didn't even cost $11 I got $21 in free stuff. I call that excellent customer service.
