Is this car the same as Infiniti G37 in the US? Same Engine and 7 Speed transmission?

All specs should be the same, except for RHD which makes the car 100x cooler

Yeah I loved my old 350gt/g35 but I was offered a good price for it and I took it, then regretted letting it go,
So I had to get me an upgrade,
As for the white van it's just a boring old citreon I'm afraid(French crap).
