Hello everyone! I am a proud owner of a 2012 G37 Journey sedan. Got the G37 during thanksgiving weekend. It's definitely a nice upgrade from my previous 2009 Honda Accord.

Is there anything I should watch out for on this model? Mechanical issues? Suspension issues? Brakes? Interior? Electronics?

I plan to keep this car for at least 5+ years. Before I wanted to move up to a Lexus GS but after now having the G37, no desire for the GS anymore. . Happy with the G37 so far.

Welcome to the site Abe, congrats on your new G. Since you have a 2012 you are in good shape since the timing gasket issue is prior to your model year. You should be good to go!

Hello and welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here. Pictures of your car are always good when a new person joins us. Do you have any plans on your G37? A lot of good info here regarding mods in case you are thinking of doing any. Check out some of the garages and you may get some ideas.

Thank you Carid. So far I plan on keeping the car stock. This car suits me very well the way it is. The only thing that I may do is tint my windows. Here's a picture of my G37. Glad to join the force!
