CoffeBowl, I'm sorry your having so much trouble figuring this out. But at least your getting close. And it's only taken you a day n a half!! It took me months lol. Frustrating months.

As for those wheels.....for knockoffs they look ok. Well they look good but they are knockoffs so it's very hard to get behind them.

I'll tell you exactly what I was told by other members when I started trying to cut corners (but I'll say it a bit kinder/softer than Black Betty said it to me lol).

So you've got this extremely nice luxury car. You take enough pride in your ride to join a forum, post and talk about it, prepare to spend or have spent $ modifying it, why would you want to put something that falls into the "knockoff" category on it? Especially with the wheels bro. Those are one of the main things people see first when they see your baby.

Save your $ up and keep a watchful eye on the classifieds. When a great deal comes along on some wheels that make your jaw drop....pull the trigger. That's what I did. Got some tough love from Brad and double B, decided to wait and watch, ended up getting a killer deal on these.

Yeah you're right lol. I guess I let my emotions get the best of me because of convenience. I'll wait for some wheels that I actually like.

When my coilovers come in, I'll atleast use those knockoffs to see how the fitment are with those specs and adjust off of that when I buy my wheels. I can't wait lol

I really want these. Linea Corse LC818. These will be a close fit from what Bl was saying. I checked them on the wheel calculator and I'll measure it to see how close they would be to the fender when my coilovers come in

I like those wheel too btw. If your look in for some pimp wheels for a great price you should check out Niche. They have several sweet setups for decent prices. Or you can buy my CV4's for $1300 shipped.

I looked into the niche and they have some nice wheels especially for the price but you wouldn't consider them knock offs?

No Sir Niche wheels would be a great starter wheel. Lots of guys subscribe to the Vossen wheels (cause damn they look great). Some groups think you should stay with JDM wheels to keep it authentic. I must admit I've fallen in love with JDM wheels. Mainly the 2 or 3 piece wheels BC the rivets make them look so freajin bada$$. Go look around at SSR, WORK, VOLK. They are pricey but omg they make some killer sets.

My personal favs are the work vsxx, a couple of the SSR's. They look so amazing on our rides it's just insane.

But niche wheels are sexy, affordable, and def not knockoffs, they are reasonably priced but not knockoffs. Those ones you posted that we labled as knockoffs had fake rivets. That's unacceptable on here lol. I learned that lesson the hard way by purchasing some fake caliper covers to make it seem like I had a BBK. Lesson learned lol🍌

I'll have to look deeper on the niche wheels now.

There are just too many choices in wheels that I always change my mind lol. I saw the tags on IG. I think I'm going to wait for the black friday sales unless i see some nice ones that i really like on classifieds.

Look at all the options on these threads. Take your TIIMMME when choosing your wheels bro. Patience patience patience. The $$ spent on wheels is large. One of the biggest purchases you'll make. Unless you go forced induction.

I would also reccomend looking over the build threads of several members. That will give you some ideas of what mods some people chose to do first and which mods are the most pleasing to YOUR eye. You can start with mine lol.

This one ^^^ is a great example of what you can expect to spend if you go all out with power mods.

That last one is a great example of what you can expect to gain if you go with power mods.

well damn lol. This is some great information. I really appreciate that you have reached out on your own time to point me in the right direction. This is much more than I would have asked for. I'm really thankful!

yeah I already decided to wait on the wheels. I want to make sure I make the right decision being that the wheels are going to be my most expensive purchase for my G.

I'm going to save all of these threads.

That build thread though lol Talk about dedication to the community!
