2010 G37x Sedan MPG?

I just got the car and I got 13.4mpg in 100% city drive (stop and go) very short distance about 12miles everyday.
I'm not even driving like a mad man...

Will the car get better mpg? I haven't even fill the gas tank up yet since the last time the dealership put gas in for me. I don't know if they used premium or normal gas...

Is this normal or what?

If 13.4mpg is what I have to live with then I'll accept it but 18mpg is such a lie.... @_@

If it's Ethanol blend you'll get 10% worse mpg than non-Ethanol gas, 13 mpg city w/ Ethanol sounds a bit low but not unusual.

I just reset my mpg and it was at 15.4 mostly stop and go that tank though I had my foot in it a bit too. Best I've gotten was 26.3 on a long road trip. Give it a little time, mine was showing 13ish for a bit too.

I get between 17 and 26 mpg depending on my driving. On average I get about 22 mixed local and highway.

The single biggest factor I have noticed that makes a big difference in my MPG is running premium ethanol free gas. I see as much as 20% improvement consistently with pure gas vs ethanol.

11?! You should be driving a Lamborghini for that kind of mileage.

With a little over 500 miles on it and I got 29 mpg on my 3 hour trip down to Miami.

I get anywhere from 18-14 city. The best I've done was on the highway from Phoenix to Flagstaff. I got 39 cruising at 80mph for two hours
