Hey everyone, having just signed up I might as well introduce myself. After over ten years with my '00 Maxima it was time to move on and upgrade since repairs were starting to cost more than the car was worth. I had been looking at the G37 for the last year, and on Halloween I pulled the trigger.

I managed to find a 2008 with just over 5,300 miles (you read correct, not a typo) for a great price with nav. in Ivory Pearl aka exactly what I was looking for. It's a huge upgrade from the Maxima and I'm loving it.

I had been looking around for a G37 forum to join and this seems to be the place. I don't plan on doing many mods; however, after looking though some of the pages here, that may change. Also, the detailing section is awesome, especially the guy who super-details his cars (someone tied to detailersdomain, I think).

Nice one. Hope you have fun with your new car. Mind if I ask if you got it from dealer/private and how much you got it for?

 

Purchased it from a dealership but I'd rather not say the exact amount; however, it was below KBB price and included the 6-year (100k) CPO and 8 year (120k) Elite warranties. Another dealership wanted to charge me almost the same amount for one with 25k miles.

Meet starts at 3pm on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We should go in to eat at 4pm at one of the restaurants, most likely Taco Mac.
If you miss us on the parking deck, ask the hostess for the big car group and you should be sent to sit with us.

--Get to I-285 and exit north onto Ashford Dunwoody (one exit east of GA 400)
--Go straight on Ashford Dunwwody past Perimeter Mall
--Turn left at Perimeter Center West just after passing Perimter Mall (there is a Bank of America on the right and a McDonalds on the left)
--Turn right onto Olde Perimeter Way (it is a shopping center)
--Taco Mac is on the left hand side of the lot, there is a parking deck after you pass the Taco Mac. (Ashford Crossing is actually a road within the shopping center)
