that's not too unbelievable... I mean the 335i is one expensive car spec'd the way you want to.

when money is a factor in the purchase, you usually don't buy a BMW. however, a
previous year 335i is priced about the same as a new g37.

I chose the G37 cause i spend a fair amount of time in the car... I like the way the G37 is laid out more... I hate that bmw idrive... come on give me a touch screen.

SFValleyG37- You don't live more than a couple blocks from me (your address).

Sweet ride. I just picked up the coupe in Black. If you throw a FI or SC in it you have to let me check it out (I might do that down the road, have to break her in first).

Congrats!

+1 on the M3... drove one recently and it was just amazing. The sound, the power, the handling, the tightness, the steering, the 6MT, the sound... I have really bad itch myself... maybe next year Until someone has experienced the M3's V8 at 8,000 RPM, they haven't lived.

OP: The G37 reviews I've read about 335's vs. G's in everything from Road and Track to the latest (3/2010) Consumer Reports could lead many people to the same conclusion. Without considering price, I still would lean to the G, but, wish there was a factory TT G.
PS. I just got my 10 year pin from BMW CCA this month, so I do have an appreciation for "M's" and the 335 too.

Congrats on the switch and welcome. I think the earlier post about being out of warranty says it all - no way in hell I would own a German car out of warranty!
