i don't think many people here get where you are coming from. you certainly bought the wrong car for you if you like your 8 year old s2000 more than your g. first off, you are comparing a sports car to a GT car. why didn't you get a z4 or a miata or maybe even a 350z? i think it is safe to say that most people here would never own a s2000 and cant understand you. honestly the car is made for people under 5'8" and lacks torque. don't get me wrong, the car is great for what it is designed for, but is definitely not nicer by any means than the g (for just about all the people on this forum). the more you complain about the car, the less the people here can relate. sell the car, or just use it as your daily beater and let that be that.

honestly...i dont get where are you coming from either

you judge the car by how long it has been since its debut???

so you are pretty much saying that G is better car because it certainly newer car than the S...

you said it is not definately not nicer by any means?

are you kidding? Look who is more skeptical here with their own car...

of course everyone might agree with you but i do own both cars and guess whose opinion is not biased!!

^uhhhh. i read this four times and still don't understand your convoluted sentence structure or lack of critical argument presentation. at least you didn't use the "youguys", but the double spacing is still odd. anyway...yeah...i didn't buy an s2000 without knowing whether i liked it or not and then jump on an s2000 forum and say how small the car is, how i cant fit inside it because it is made for tiny people, how it lacks torque and can't get out or its own way under 5k rpm. that''s where i'm comng from. what is your point with your original post and your continued bashing of the car. sell the car if your arms are too short to shift it and you don't know if you like the car in general. don't come on to a g37 forum full of g37 enthusiasts and complain that the car has no character and that the car is made for "girls and grandmas".

or maybe its not that he doesnt like it. perhaps he CHOSES NOT to like it. The G is a car that needs to be loved and pampered (ie -unleaded fuel, details every 3 months or so, Zaino leather in a bottle etc..) love her and she will love you back.

i think he's looking to find his soulmate. one that loves G37's so he can give his to her and drive his S2K to the grocery store and tell people how awesome it is that he could put a gallon of milk and some eggs in the back -and thats about it.

HELP needed

First of all, im not here to argue with anyone, just wanted to share what i am going through with my G37 and needed your opinion to improve this depressing situation.

OK here is a deal.

i leased the G37S a 3 months ago worrying my S2000 getting so many miles in commuting to work everyday(30miles/day)

im trying to keep my S2k til i die in the greatest condition possible because i cant imagine my life without S2k( this is my 3rd S2K)
i know im a bit obsessed with my S

the problem is im not actually driving the G for the purpose of substitution for S.
My G only has 900 miles
first 2 weeks after i got the G, i drove the most of miles.
ve
every morning when i go to work, i get to choose which car to drive, they are side by side and S2K has won my choice for last 2months

im pretty much paying 520 for the G every month for nothing

im thinking about putting my G on leasetrader or look for someone to buy rightout

i think the G is great car but i think im more into like small track cars that corners good in its stiffest chasis type of

To each his own I guess...I'd get rid of it...Not sure how you choose the S2k over the G37 each morning but it is what it is...I find it shocking because there is an S2k in my work lot that parks near me everyday...I catch him staring at my G ALL THE TIME....I've yet to look twice at his car...Don't get me wrong...I was a big fan of the S2k and I think its a neat little roadster...But the interior doesn't compare...The exterior doesn't compare..And it will lose in straight line acceleration...

I've told people in the past that I almost bought an S2k over my old G35 coupe and they just laughed...

Anyways, ditch it...I'm not trying to knock the S2000...In fact, I've considered getting one for my fiance...
