never take your car to those big chains. they dont give a **** bout your car...ive been told they used to suck the oil from the top of the engine and not from the bolt in the oil pan. Im not sure how true this is though, ive never worked on an engine.
I always changed my oil myself. Saves money and you know the jobs done right.

I think all the places did the same or similiar kind of stuff....
one service center try to charge me other services while there is nothing wrong with it.
Honestly, I don't trust any of them at all... anyone has a 'good' place for oil change around Huntington beach? lol

That is sooo F*d up.

It't not even about the oil. Its pretty easy to tell if they did an oil change. You look at the oil and see if its still dirty, new oil does not look like used oil.
The services they did were things that are hard if not impossible for a consumer to prove unless they went to extraordinary means like cameras. How the h*ll would you know that they changed your fuel filter, or did a full transmission flush vs just a drain in fill. And when you start getting into stuff like the transmission flush its hard to do that on your own. Those machines cost ALOT. And when it comes through the hassel of getting to some of the internals unless you know what youre doing you could end up doing more harm than good.

Only recommendation would be to go to places you know, places that freinds recommend. And try to verify what you can.

yeah and vince was still tryin to bs about it pointing out small rockchips on the front of the car like that had anything to do with it. what a b!tch!

I cant wait to unload on him...

not only that, when they finally paired her up with the bodyshop, they wanted the business to be between them two only and not give her a loaner.

Hes about to get ripped a new one when im done if she doesnt get a loaner.

i hear that...cant believe someone at a dealership would even thin....wait never mind ppl are stupid, arrogant, and just plain shameless no matter where you go...there are too few decent ppl left in this world. hope everything works out for yah....hopefully it will be at no cost to her....and that rockchip BS come the f$*k on...thats typical dealership tactics to avoid putting the blame on themeselves and admitting they were wrong
