yes, where you turn left to go to OTB, make a right at that same light to go into the mall parking lot. you will get to the first stop sign intersection. keep going straight. you will come to a slightly right bend near where Nordstroms is. dont turn left there, keep going straight. you will enter the next entrance for the parking garage. Take that to the top level.
