Anyone wanna go to the DC Improv Feb 11? Richard Lewis.

Whats up peeps? Going to see Richard Lewis on Saturday night at the 10:30 show on Feb. 11. Long ways away but for the big comedians (They got Colin Quinn next week but I've already seen him) the tixs usually sell out. They're $22 each but say $25 after the service charge. Me and 3 other friends are already going but all are welcome. Its a lot of fun if you've never been to the Improv. Richard Lewis is supposed to be pretty funny too.

If you've seen Curb your Enthusiasm you know who he is!!

Buy the tixs on the website. I chose the best seats in the non-smoking. Your seat assignments are based on when you buy the tixs. If we all go together you can sit wtih us.

I don't think the DC Improv has assigned seating. They seat you based on when you get there, smoking or non-smoking. When I went, we got there I think 45 minutes early and ended up in the 2nd row of tables from the stage.

I think they also make everyone buy 2 items off of the menu, so you actually end up paying $40 or more per person. Not bad if you don't mind eating wings or chicken fingers for dinner.

Was Colin Quinn funny? I was thinking of going to see him, but they've got some really good people lined up in the next few months.

Colin Quinn I thought was real funny but I saw him around 4-5 years ago. He came to my school at the time and there were probably aorund 1,000 people in the room. I'm sure it would be a lot more fun seeing him in a room with a lot smaller crowd like the Improv.

I saw Flip Orly there once, funny as hell. I have a few friends that work, but always forget to go.
