NationalGClub Food Drive and Volunteer Help - January 9th - PLEASE READ!
I should be available on the 9th. Keep me posted on the details.
Wouldn't it be 'better' to go to BJs or something and go to town there...unless they have like 5 gallon tubs of PB...thoughts...
I'll also see if I can't collect a few bux from around the office. I work with 200 engineers (assume half are cheap
) and that's still $100 even if they only donate $1/person.

thanks Stanton for steppin up!! we're gonna post the details no later than early next week. about BJ's... that would be a good idea but i think they do sell the 1 gallon jugs lol so that wouldn't work... but let me check it out... or if you get a chance check it out and let us know. thanks!
I would vote for the 7 to 9 time slot since it'll be a b!tch for me to get to Rockville by 6PM on a Monday night. Also, if anyone spots a good deal on cereal, post since cereal is hella expensive. I hear Wal-Mart is pretty decently priced. What kind of cereal are we going for? Like real stuff or the generic 'bag o' cereal holes'?

Just to recap real fast. Yeah, we'll be at the Lofstrand Lane location in Rockville from 7-9. Bring all the peanut butter jars and cereal boxes you can bring (doesnt matter which kind, just bring whatever - can be generic). We'll be packing the boxes and shipping them out. The goal is 300 jars and 300 boxes and we HAVE to meet that goal. If you want to, you can give me cash ahead of time if you'd like to donate and I'll just go get more stuff with whatever you give me.
More details to follow and any questions you have let me know.
Thanks.
