2 1/2 years with this car and I've hand washed it every single time, no one else. Sorry Brian but I won't be one of your customers.

One time I washed my car in the dead of winter and there were icicles forming all around the car .

You don't want heated water you touch your freezing paint..

If you're going to wash your car in the winter, make sure it's room temperature.

^^Room temperature in the dead of winter when you're outside is still cold isn't it? I just use slightly warm water and get a pair of fleece gloves and find a large pair of dishwashing gloves to go over them. After a while it gets cold but at least you have fingers after you're done.
