i think so they never turn on or maybe the bulbs are out i figured they werent suppose to turn on

...im getting new bulbs and my clears today so ima see if thats it ..if not i'll just leave them with no bulb.

HAHA SWEET!! i might try the blue/white piaa bulbs ...i know its illegal but f' it im see how it looks... if it looks bad i'll just leave it with no bulbs
