Im getting ready to order some myself and see if they light up my clearance strip better.

 

Puria, in that thread you said you bought 4 bulbs. Each clearance strip takes 1 bulb, right? Where did you install the other 2, dome lights?

 

2 for the clear corners and 2 for the clearance strips.

 

Oh, okay. I just realized the interior takes a different bulb. However, I bet those super white LEDs would light up the inside like a florescent lamp!

 

Those look real nice, I went to the site, but I can't find the bulbs. Is it the ones under "headlight and fogs" "9004 superwhites" ? Thanks for the help

 

I got dome lights in my car - PIAA extreme whites. I redid the door sill lights as well. My domes are pretty bright but I dont have them come on automatically when I open up the doors, just the sills. You probably can perform surgery in my car with the domes but I like them. They serve their purpose at night if you really do need the lights on.

 

www.superbrightleds.com has some that are rather cheap. i'll post pics of them when i get the chance. i have so far only replaced the ones in the clear corners. i'll eventually get around to doing the rest sometime.

 

Hey guys, Pathis thanks for the post!! The LEDs do look nice IMO, they are the first set down on that link i posted. they are called the 5 LED wedge matrix bulbs. Once you click on the link, scroll down and the first bulb is the one you'll want!!

Cool. Thanks guys just ordered 4 of these. Maybe if there's a few of us that got them next time we all meet up we can put these in. Not too bad once you get the hang of it (the clearance strip that is).
