my address on the registration for my car is not the same as my PA address, but its my parents address. When I lived with my parents it was not considered "establishing place of residency," so now that I moved out I need to get a VA license. The fines don't seem to be too much. The no front plate is only $25 (on the sheet anyways), I don't know what the other 2 are. I'm guessing around 200 total.
